I've been a client and have always had great service! I recently seen Kristen E. at the Palos location for hair coloring that was much needed. I told her what I wanted which was basically cover up my gray hair or disguise them for a wedding that was coming up. I really didn't know what color I needed, I simply trusted her. She did an amazing job, I love how my hair turned out. Highly recommended!
Excellent, careful stylists; down to earth, and friendly. I am updating my review several years later to recommend Jen. She has been my stylist ever since I started going to here. She always listens to what I might like (same style, or try something?), and she often has great suggestions. Everyone here is very professional and friendly.
I have been a client at La Couture for 10+ years and have always be happy with my color, cut and overall experience. Every stylist is exceptional and knowledgeable. I personally use Cindy and Kristina and trust them with giving me stellar service every visit. The whole staff is very friendly and they know each others clients by name, which is something that you don't see at larger salons. Overall, the best salon in the area.
